Thornley Associates, Inc., (TAI), is an accomplished, award-winning General Contractor with 50 years of hands-on experience delivering high-quality construction projects ranging from large-scale commercial developments to custom residential builds and remodels. Known for exceptional craftsmanship, transparent communication, and a deeply personalized approach to every project. Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar developments—resorts, hotels, wineries, and educational facilities—while maintaining the same level of care and precision on smaller projects such as room additions and kitchen/bathroom renovations.
Our primary goal is not only to deliver a well-crafted project, but also to manage your budget, schedule, and aesthetic expectations throughout the entire design process — from schematic concepts through final construction drawings. We proactively explore all available materials, means and methods to improve costeffectiveness without compromising design intent, aesthetic quality, or craftsmanship.
At Thornley Associates, we build more than buildings — we build relationships. We work closely with clients, building and planning officials, architects, engineers, and our local community. We approach every project as a team effort that is driven primarily by what our client wants and then fully developed by the Design Team and progressively priced and scheduled and built by TAI.
